Room cleanliness was excellent, good presentation in the room and bathroom. Hk team was great as well all the stuff. I think laundry has an issue. Not enough of towels.

Worst ever stay in any hotel in life, upon check-in reception person prefer to post his transaction instead of assist us, he tell us to wait so he can do posting. No greetings at all, even he didn’t say welcome to hotel, we request him to give us room with bath tub, still he give us another room, when we reach we call him he said in rude way you didn’t mention that u need room with bathtub, after that he change our room, thanks for that. The security person who came to give us keys he was looking at us with anger, give us keys and didn’t say anything just give us direction to go there, his 1 hand was in his pocket, to much attitude. Zero customer service. I wish hotel will review cctv and get to know. He upgrade our room to junior suite thanks for that but zero customer service. Upon check out no one ask us how was the stay, lady was on call and just took keys and said thanks. You guys should ask upon checkout so we don’t need to write here. Management should review the cctv and should take proper action. About breakfast it was only limited items but thanks to mr. Simon who assist my husband and arrange paratha, but there was lady wearing blazer was unprofessional when my husband try to ask her something she ignore and meanwhile mr. Simon came to assist, i don’t know what kind of attitude she was showing, even she can not listen? zero customer service to her. This is what we face while staying and we hope it will not happen with anyone else, management should review cctv and take proper action.

Very clean room & bathroom. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was very cordial & supportive. Indian food available in hotel premises was very convenient. Walking distance to meena bazaar. I highly recommend this hotel especially to indian businessman & tourists

Loved the food, hospitality and cozy rooms, breakfast is the best, verity of north and south indian mixed cuisines, staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean and cozy. I would give 4. 9/5 this hotel. Location is 5-8min walking distance from metro

White fort hotel very bad hotel, room not clean, too much dirty, spider everywhere in the room, bedbugs in the blanket, seriously i will try another application to book a hotel next time
