We’ll maintain rooms, well behaved staff, good location rooms are nice, food is with well quality. Nice clubs within the property

No proper ethics

Great location, only problem was it mentioned strictly no smoking inside the rooms or corridors but there was the smell of cigarette smoking 24x7 and at times it got into the room. I'd not revisit this place nor would i recommend it for family stay. Corners in the bathtub were filthy. Couldn't use the bathtub

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are little too o dark and hotel is little old but has all modern amenities. But the dining staff was very friendly and took extra care of us that made stay pleasant

Location was good. Amenities were average. Too much noise on the streets during night and since the doors are not sound proof, it could be heard clearly

"i had a highly disappointing experience with this hotel. After booking a room and having money deducted from my account, i arrived at the hotel for check-in. To my dismay, they claimed they had no booking from makemytrip. I wasted 2 hours at the hotel trying to resolve the issue. When i contacted makemytrip, they initially asked me to wait for 15 minutes, but i ended up waiting for an additional hour with no resolution. This hotel's lack of professionalism and communication is appalling. It was a complete waste of time and a clear case of fraud"
