I was unable to make the stay as my son was admitted into hospital. I called hotel they couldn't help emailed hotel, emailed mmt to change date and still have not even had reply

I give 4 because, cleaning is not up to mark, bathroom item reduce day by day at last day i call customer service for bath towel and body wash. Tv is no use. Rest are good location is very near to dubai mall. People are good. I and i will stay again but need to improve

It is an average hotel. Sharing few things below: 1. Burj khalifa is now not visible from the hotel. So, its nearby dubai mall and burj khalifa but there is no view now at all. For view you should prefer other hotels at sheikh zayed road and downtown. 2. Service was average. For any in room dining, they used to easily take about 40 minutes even if the order was as simple as a cup of tea

The receptionist and the lady manager on duty exhibited a lack of courtesy and consideration. Despite our request for a brief shoot, they adamantly refused, even after we politely requested an upgrade to our room or a modest fee for the additional two hours. Their refusal persisted, insisting that we book a second room, which was unnecessary. Upon checking in, I had informed them that I would conduct a conference chat. However, she persistently denied any assistance. Her treatment was unprofessional and demeaning. It is unclear whether her behavior was a result of her job responsibilities or if she simply failed to comprehend our request. While other aspects of our stay were satisfactory—the room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in service was excellent—the receptionist’s refusal overshadowed everything else. We understand that the receptionist had limited authority to grant our request, but the lady manager’s attitude was unacceptable. We find no reason to return to this hotel or recommend it to others. As human beings, we expect certain needs to be met during check-in, and when they are not, it can result in a disappointing and wasteful experience.

The location of the property was so prime and close to burj khalifa and dubai mall. The staff was so helpful always with room upgrades, helping book taxis and even with room services. Loved my stay here with my family when i was in dubai. Would recommend.

There is zero connectivity to bus and metro from this hotel. Walked daily for 4km to get burj khalifa metro. Hotel promised for free shuttle to dubai mall but denied after check in. Poor washrooms. Only book when you can afford cab charges daily.

Amazing 5-star experience with incredible view of burj khalifa. The room was super nice and clean. The hotel’s staff are incredibly friendly and helpful overall incredible experience, highly recommended

I would like to describe the which service i don't like i was sleeping and everyday the housekeeping person they knoking the door and asking for the cleaning which is not good. But the rest services was good.

Keycard was broken. Ac didn't work properly. Hot water not coming sometimes. Bedsheets were not changed. Towels were not placed. Told us some renovations are going on so cannot open window blinds. Requested a different room but nothing was available. Room service food is poor. Local cabs are not available. Only best thing is there's a supermart just behind so you can buy things from there.

The photos make the hotel like fancy and nice but it’s not that great of a place the rooms stink and are not well maintained. None of the amenities in the hotel were accessible.
