Long stay in omega hotel for 8 day

The property is nice, supermarkets are nearby. So if you are traveling with kids it's a plus. Management is not good. Also my little one by mistake broke a glass and they have charged for it 20 aed, which actually they should not.

Stayed at this omega hotel many times on earlier visits. As usual it's great experience as always. All staffs are very helpful & well mannered with special mention of mr zahid. Keep it up. Will always try to stay in this hotel in my every visit.

Residing with Hotels in Dubai is always appreciable. This time I got a chance to stay with OMEGA. I think almost every thing is average at OMEGA in terms of Dubai if evaluation is concerned. ... I do travel frequently... within India and abroad... and always am in the pursuance of Hospitality regarding my evaluation for any hotel or stay My honest feedback to it's users regarding OMEGA is that it LACKS hospitality and as per me shall not be in my list again at all. . The international hotels which limit the DRINKING WATER to 1-2 bottles PER DAY for their CUSTOMERS (not guests) can not understand the alphabet H of Hospitality and are not entitled to call themselves owning a HOTEL I feel proud that I come from INDIA... a country whose people have hospitalities in their genes... INDIA... represented by Hon'ble Mr RATAN TATA to this world by extending unlimited hospitalities to the GUESTS of HIS HOTELS.... ... where are we living... in 21st Century.... OK... but do we DESERVE to be called HUMANS or CIVILIZED if WE are having such HOTELS like OMEGA in a country like DUBAI... just an advice... from a small but true INDIAN and YESSSS... I FEEL PROUD TO BE INDIAN 🇮🇳 JAI HIND ... VANDE MATARAM

One of the bad experience

Very poor house keeping service, they didn’t change the lenin, didn’t clean the washroom, hotel doesn’t provide you with cutlery if you order food from outside, they don’t even provide disposable cutlery, they say providing cutlery is not in their policy.

Good hotel in budget

Overall experience was okay not great. Hotel is good but breakfast was not that great. There was constant smell of smoking in the room. Hotel is near to metro station sharaf dg about a 1km or less. Instead of half litre bottle 1 lt bottle should be provided.
