The stay was okay. The location was really good. It was close to many indian restaurants and had good connectivity via metro. Tithe facilities and services can be improved. One of the rooms had a horrible smell and had to make repeated requests for maintenance and the problem was not fully resolved. Most of the facilities provided in the kitchen were not functioning or were missing and only when requested were provided. No help during the checkout to transfer the luggage ( travelers were senior citizens and kids) in spite of many calls requesting the same to the reception. Service quality was abysmal. No receipts provided for the city tax or room service ordered. Stay here only for the location as it in close proximity to good indian restaurant or look elsewhere for better service.

It was very bad experience for me and my wife. We made late check in because my wife flight was on midnight and staff in reception at night was very rude and the room we got was not clean especially bathroom and we asked for water in the morning and we got at evening and room service was also not proper.

for 2 consecutive days my room was not cleaned. even after several reminders. the breakfast tray was not removed till i come back at midnight. it was a pathetic experience. will never stay in parkside 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞. they say there is a safe but there is no safe in the room. there was no iron but there is a stand

Property location was excellent, no food was opted as there were many nearby restaurants, amenities are fine except allotted room no-712 where the air condition chiller control is not working and we all family fell sick due to cold. Room services were excellent.

The apartment was very old. The ac keep on making noise. The washroom was not good. Totally not recommended.

Room full of flies. The room was horrible very old design old exhausted furniture blanket was stinky smelly. And full of flies. I raised up a complaint at dubai municipality

What's a well warm and sweet welcome from the receptionist who did my check-in though I arrive late. Very good service Mr SHULAID 👍. Room well organized and bed well made up by the House keeping. Peaceful place to stay. Room size encridible..

Had opted only for accomodation. Found the place to be spacious and well lit. Lots of restuarants nearby particularly indian food. Super markets available for those who wish to cook. All amenities available - refresidegartor, oven, stove, iron board, iron box, washing machine. Walkable distance to mall. Staff available all around the clock and prompt service.

Rooms and bathrooms were quite clean. Well connected with grocery and other shops. 10 minutes walk from the garden metro station. There is bus stop right across the hotel. Room service was available on call. Check-in n check-out was seamless. Kettle for boiling water was provided. Basic utensils were also available.

Everything was fine apart from wifi services. Wifi/ internet was very in the hotel. Kindly look into this problem and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
