This was my worst experience ever staying in a hotel. Room is made up of gypsum walls. Cleanliness is horrible. Stained blankets. Stinking towels. Bad room service

Staff is making harassment to customer and they take extra charges bedsheet have some drops of something else they take 200 dhs from me

The air conditioner is not cooling properly, and there is no wifi connection. It is not functioning at an acceptable level, despite being cleaned thoroughly.

The room was not clean properly, the bedsheets and pillow were not clean, and the window was not clean. The roof selling was cracked from ever where over all it was pathetic wrist expirence overall

Hotel location is excellent. Landmark restaurant in the hotel serves good quality food. Only drawback with the hotel is it is little noisy in the night due to loud music from nightclubs in the hotel. But if u are stating 5th floor and above then this issue will not be there. One more issue with hotel is it does not provide ac control in rooms which makes it very inconvenient because the room temperature is set as 21 degree which is very cold. Overall it is a good budget hotel and i will recommend it to others.

The property is located in very good location nearest to metro station, markets and restaurants. Hotel is very clean, staf was very helpful

we are not happy on this hotel stay. There is too much song sounds until 2:30 night, cannot sleep properly. When i’m turn on the bed side lamp it going blinking continuously. And electric tea kettle dirty inside. Except these all is good. Guest handling is very good.

Very poor service. Intercom not working. No plug points available in room for mobile charging too. Air conditioning control not working. Even after complaining no one visited room.

Location is good. It’s near metro station and supermarket. Many restaurants around this area. Rooms are not very spacious.
