I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was old and poorly maintained, with a dirty carpet and worn-out sheets. To make things worse, we found cockroaches everywhere, which was absolutely unacceptable. The most shocking discovery was finding used condoms under the bed—completely unhygienic and disgusting. This level of cleanliness and upkeep is unacceptable for any hotel. I do not recommend staying here unless they make significant improvements to their standards.

I booked for 1 queen bed but i was given 2 twin bed, kettle not working, no bathing slippers, ac also not working properly. I really regret.

Old property, washrooms are extremely small, you can’t even move within the bathroom area. Breakfast starts at 8 am we requested one day for 7 am they totally refused could not even give fruits. Don’t have images. Forgot to capture

The bed was shacking and tv was not functioning. They don't provide any room service. I informed reception about television complaint and they said they will send technician to clear my query. So i waited for them more than 2 hours without sleeping, but they cheated. I called the reception, but no one pick my call. The room was not maintaining. Customer service was very poor. I don't suggest anyone this hotel. Their only motive is making profit without providing necessary service

It's a very bad experience to book this hotel, location is not nice and there is also don't have parking it's very difficult to find the parking. Hotel and their room has a bad smell and it's noisy also. I would not prefer anyone to book this property. It's just wasting your money. Thanks

No ac working no proper house keeping as we are staying in hotel atlist they don't have basic things like towel and tooth kit accessories for that we should inform them as customer i am not going suggest this hotel to anyone in future. Over all experience is terrible.

There is no parking for car and they’ll ask you 50 for parking separately…no big towel in washroom only small hand towel type…

I am a regular stay here in this hotel and one important point i noticed is my room was maintained properly and the cleanliness was great with good knowledge. I would appreciate madam nawal working in the cleaning. She is very clean in her duties and good knowledge of the work. Hotel should appreciate her in her duties.

We had amazing experience staying there. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Ishan and tharuk from housekeeping team is excellent in their work they are very respectful and helped us in all the possible way. All the staffs are very kind and friendly. Also there are so many local shops nearby the hotel location easy access for all the needs i would definitely recommend this.

Perfect solution from the reception from every aspect. Mr. Faisal is very good and professional in his job and made our every problems sorted out within minutes. The management should be proud having him in their team.
