Good hotel with best location

We had a good stay at the tower plaza hotel. The best part of this hotel is location. The breakfast has many options but it was mostly crowded because of the festive time. The amenities are fine and the staff were welcoming but seemed to be tired serving so many guests.

This is one of the best hotels in dubai i must say. World class services and location! and the cherry on cake- the view. Such nice hospitality, it was my parents’ 25th anniversary while we were there. Jagdish from housekeeping made sure to make it special, we were given a complimentary cake too. Thanks to the hotel and jagdish for such a wonderful experience

Room location is great, right in front of emirates tower metro station. Museum of future is a 5 min walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean. We were upgraded to a bigger room on 51st floor so the view was awesome. The bathroom tiles felt a little worn out and shower button was damaged but overall the view from the room made the experience superb.

Location is very good. But average hotel as corridors are smelling. Unhelpful staff. Would prefer other hotels on same stretch of road.

Very good stay spacious rooms looked and felt new. Check in was a breeze language was a bit of a challenge. Food was ok ok very good location

The stay was amazing, breakfast for non veg people is good. Vegetarian not much. We got a room upgrade as we needed 3 rooms on the same floor. City and ocean view was amazing

Very nice hospitality. At the time of check-in, they gave us a free upgrade of room from superior to premium at 52nd floor. It was a wonderful experience for us. The breakfast spread was also good. The rooms were neat and clean. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Everything was great, specially view from the room to see future of museum and burj kalifa and many other high rise buildings. But need quick response from house keeping staff otherwise it takes hours.

The hotel is located in prime area, metro is just outside of the hotel. The views are great here! the house keeping staff are very nice. Nobody will tell you so i am putting it here, you can take metro to dubai mall and also to airport. It’s very convenient.
