Didn’t reach my expectations not worth the price there is a lot of more hotel beautiful and affordable

The hotel has great staff which always makes you welcome. Only thing which to mention is that they charge you if ask for an extra plates via room service. Which is weird

Towers rotana is an awesome stay, very close to dubai mall and burj khalifa. Hotel is a very comfortable stay with excellent service!

It was really great experience with towers rotana. We have booked room type as "room" for 5 persons but they have upgraded us in "appartment. My family got really happy especially my mother. It was my parents anniversary, my anniversary and my mother's birthday in those 5 days. They even arranged cake on mother's birthday as suprise. Breakfast was amazing. Service was excellent. On last day they have arranged car for us to drop to the airport as well. Overall awesome experience. We all enjoyed our stay.

Towers rotana is one of the best places to stay on sheikh zayed road. Being a few minutes away from financial centre metro station it is very convenient to travel. The staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet stay consisted of many varieties.

It was a very nice stay at Towers Rotana Dubai. The quality and taste of food was a very good. Neat and clean rooms with well groomed and experienced service staff was also noticeable feature of my stay.

The stay was good and comfortable, however on extension of stay we got a very average room with exorbitant rate even though booked 6 days early.
