If you want to stay without room-service then this hotel is for you. Even for the basic service(room cleaning on daily basis) you need to request. If you request for any service(includes basic service as well) beyond 6pm, then reply from the reception "maintenance team works from 9am to 6pm. Kindly give us a call tomorrow morning after 9am.

The hotel staff and ambiance were nice. However, my main reason for selecting this hotel was for the pool and they put a time to use the pool which was 10 to 6. That doesn't make sense. During that period who would want to be in the hotel or who would want to be in the pool in the sun. I was really disappointed with that but overall experience was good. Done.

Location is good. Stay was comfortable. Certain hotel room rules was not great at all. Such as bath towels was changed every 2 days once.

I am long stay gore almost 4months but they dont considered it may time time i dint want yo clean the room but as they said it policy of the hotel to have housekeeping everyday yes i understand but do i dint have right ask that sometimes i dint want as i have also privacybthings in my room now they act like i am stranger in the hotel this housekeeping supervisor very worst attitude and as i am long time guest they should at-least treat me good wallah the worst hotel i ever experienced

They are very urgent we never notice that for 3 days booking demanding 500 deposit that cash payment we been choked in midnight it’s really kind harassment found to be nonsense

Lot of ristriction by the management such as in the midnight when we ch k in asking and torching to pay deposit amount of 500 aed not even accepting the card gust not allowed sit our room even the lobby it’s kind of irritating do totally it’s unfair

It's was wonderful stay with my family of 2 adult and 1 yr kid. Especially housekeeping and all other services are very polite and helpful on all 24/7. Thanks to the house keeping people. Asad, roni, suhan, abnar (housekeeping supervisor. Also manager sasthri and all reception people also helpful. Bell boy ya-sir and fahad. Very much satisfaction and thanks for everyone of your services. Like to stay again and long
