    First this property name is not a hotel name it is an apartment managed by unlock water edge company, however the building is very good decorated and clean with 4 elevators medium size you will not wait long to get in and out, the flat i stayed in was big, clean, it would be better if the quality of the furniture was changed and they spent more money, the curtain should be bigger and more dark it’s too bright, windows should be sound block it is noisy, the shower missing curtain water is folded out, the view is unbelievable facing the lack and burj khalifa, in general i rate it average!

    There is no welcome kits kept like dental kits kept in room. When asked they brought it. Suddenly there was fire alarm, later when aske they said they have stopped it now. There is an intercom phone which is not working. There is no permanent setup of reception. When the number was called a person came and said he is in charge of this and asked us to may 193 aed. He said its mandatory.
