Neat and clean apartments. Reception and house keeping staffs are friendly and helpful. Worth the money and i recommend guests who want to a nice place to stay with the family and friends at the reasonable prices.

Location far from the metro. Receptionist staff not good. We are for a receipt for the additional payments for extra people but they didnt give to us for. We will not book again in the hotel

Room was spacious had enough lights
bathroom was ok
blackout curtain was not doing it’s purpose 100% in the morning
supplies provided in the room was old like kettle, pans and all

Staff bevahior, manager was Charged me for towel and blanket. Took unauthorized money from to just for stains and took 150 dirhams. I never saw any hotel charges for the towel stain. Disgusting.

Very good location. Manager was very friendly and big sized rooms. Right in the main bur dubai area. Front desk very helpful, bell boy was very polite. Even maintenance staff were excellent

Car parking facility and staff curtesy are good. Sofa and furniture are old and not maintained in tidy manner. Bathroom drainage was not working properly leading to water overflow

It was an awesome stay. Everything was good like food, cleanliness etc. The location was good because everything was available nearby within a few min walk. The staff was also very supportive. I was there with family and we enjoyed our stay there. They also provided basic utensils in the apartment which was very thoughtful. So overall it was a good experience. Thanks

My stay at the hotel was good the staff's treatment of guests is nice and excellent. The furniture in the living room needs to be renewed. The hotel has parking, which is an excellent point.

The location, stay, and overall service at the hotel were fantastic—great spot, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff. That said, the experience took a bit of a downturn when interacting with Abhishek, who seemed more interested in saying "no" than in providing customer-friendly service. If you manage to avoid him, your stay will be nothing short of excellent!

The location and stay at the hotel were excellent. The room was comfortable, and most of the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, interacting with abhishek, the “no man, ” was less than ideal. His attitude and lack of customer-friendly service were disappointing, casting a shadow on what would have been a flawless stay. Avoiding such interactions would certainly make the experience much smoother.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is excellent—convenient and accessible, making it easy to get around. The amenities provided were satisfactory, contributing to a comfortable and relaxing stay.
However, I was surprised to find that laundry service is not available, especially since this is a common offering among competitors, particularly for guests staying longer. This would be a valuable addition to your services.
The staff was generally attentive, and the service was commendable. With the addition of a laundry service, the experience would be even better. Thanks!

Stayed in one bedroom flat cleaness was bad when we left room for cleaning
found cockroaches inside kitchen bad smell all over in lifts and passages.
