Location is okay but problem of parking and we need to pay extra. And in night too much loud music until 4am can sleep well. And in room have bad smell and also not well maintained. Really bad experience

Perfect for location but rooms facilities are not perfect. Every time they forget to keeps bathroom items, there is clubs in hotels so don't take 2nd floor because of sound.

The rooms were not clean. You could see that the rooms were run down and standard of cleaning is not good. Dirty surfaces, mirrors, stain in linen, bed runner, curtains very bad smell, carpet not vacuum, wall dirty, lamp dirty, etc. Room needs a deep clean. Bathrooms were very poor with mould in the showers, water leakage, toilet flush was not working and thier is a lot cockroach in the room. I was also very disappointed and the picture are misleading.

Ok ok, 3 days no soap no shampoo, ac not that satisfactory. , didn't try food, but hotel tahira behind york is a good and affordable option for food, staff ok.

Location is idle but no parking for the hotel and it's purely not well maintained and no place to catch a cab. Very much mis managed. Tv was not working no mini bar inside room locker not working ac control not available and no power point near the bed.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, particularly the room service personnel, who lacked basic customer service skills. The overall guest experience was poor. There is no parking available on the property, which added to the inconvenience. The reception staff were unhelpful and unwilling to engage with guests. Additionally, the food delivered to our room was not properly covered, which is unacceptable. The room itself was in bad condition, with stains on the walls and in the bathroom. Worse, it smelled of alcohol, and we had no control over the air conditioning. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

During my stay at York International Hotel, the staff was unprofessional and indifferent to guest needs. Check-in was chaotic, and any requests for assistance were met with slow or no response. The room was in terrible condition, with dirty carpets, malfunctioning air conditioning, and a damp, musty smell. The bathroom was even worse—mold in the shower, broken fixtures, and inconsistent hot water. Housekeeping was unreliable, often forgetting basic items like towels. Overall, the staff’s lack of care and the poor room conditions made the stay unbearable.

Cheated me on my booking, my booking was for queen bed payed for queen when i entered in hotel, staff was laying me that your booking was for 2 single bed after i spoke to make my trip they told me we will call you tomorrow for this issue but still no solution of it from my side for make my trip not a good review from my side rating was very bed not satisfied. Not giving shown bed or bedroom not showing something giving something.
