The hotel rooms are good services good as well the bellman was so welcoming, just that we arrived very tired and never even had a small bottle of complimentary water. Nevertheless is clean and recommendable

For stay one time when you check in yoy get washroom soap, shampoo and towel after no body care you, if you asked anything you need he will provide you after 2 hour, and don't order food there beasuse hotel staff se very baaaaddd atitude

The hotel is good, but there is no swimming pool, and secondly, there is no minibar inside the rooms, tea, sugar, water. All of this is not available. These things are purchased inside the hotel.
Everything was good overall staff and all the food and drinks served on time they have responsible staff

They haven't proper services for room cleaning. This property didn't have any pool.. Their door locking system of the room is very bad.. Every time you lock the door, you have to activate the card key from the reception and many times the card keys didn't work even you activated, and you have to go down 2-3 times to activate the card

Rooms were very small.. They haven't pool.. There room lock system is very horrible.. Every time you lock the room, you have to activate the key card🤦🏻♂️

No complimentary water bottle. Room was also not that much good. Tv remote was not working. Overall my personal experience with zain hotel was not good.

The receptionist and the supervisor should not let their customer explained infront of the other customer. They are so poor in customer service. Very bad experience with the two of them.

The corridor looks so welcoming but not the room
no one came for cleaning as we stayed 2 days
no mini bar but they took deposit for mini bar
every time you come to hotel from outside you have to activate the room key and also explain the front office staff which room and so on
washroom was terrible. No way to go inside the washroom as its stuck between basin and wc
some lamps were not working
booked a king size bed they gave 2 twin beds no drinking water for the 2 days stayed
they are holding emirates id of the people who stay in the hotel they guy who came to assist me into the room was very rude i checked in late in the night and asked for a late check out but they denied the request overall if you don't want any services and you are only there to sleep then its good but if you look for a hotel experience sorry this is not the place! all the best!

Hotel asked for aed 10 as taxes at time of checked in. And on objection refused to give room. At last there was no option left to other than payment
