Good Stay

Dear Management, I recently stayed at your Wescott Hotel Bur Dubai, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, I would like to bring a concern to your attention regarding my checkout experience. I was given a complimentary late checkout of 2 hours, which should have allowed me to check out at [2:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM]. However, I started receiving calls from the Wescott Hotel Bur Dubai staff from 12:00 PM onwards, reminding me to check out. This was quite inconvenient, as it disrupted my stay and went against the agreed late checkout benefit. I believe this may have been a miscommunication, and I would appreciate it if your team could ensure that such issues do not happen in the future. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your reply.

Good place to stay and easy to commute everywhere around dubai as it has bus station and metro available. But if you are considering pure luxury for this price it won't happen. This is a good room not the best. Sound proof was not good, lift survive to the twelveth floor was too slow. And service was poor. But overall the view from the top floor, rooms and the location was perfect. If you are travel-ling in budget a good place to stay. Luxury travellers choose someplace near downtown or jbr marina area

The property is very near to the al gubaibo metro station and bus stand good connectivity. We can reach our tourist destination easily. Neat and clean. Lift is the main issue. Out of three, one is not functioning. There are 12, floor long wait for the lift.
