Worst hotel

Extremely worst hotel, very dirty, bad smell, terrible experience, we cannot even stay for a minute there. prices of the rooms are very cheap, after seeing the rooms and you want to back out you cannot refund your money. It’s a total waste of money. We cannot recommend that hotel to other people.

It's better than can sleep in fujaira footpaths, it's better than hotel, i don't know the hotel management why keep the hotel same like this, i am check in and check out within 20 minutes, i lost my money, i was booked for 2 days but i can't stay there 2 minutes.

It was a worst experience i ever had. Not at all neat and clean, broken toilet seat with no door, leaking toilet spray hose too noise during night from massage center, no basic amenities provided, no customer service, utter worst hotel. Not suggested for family and couples.

What problem from shh. Problem from your side, many more time. I’m select in my date, but you are application automatically change the date, then i cannot stay same date. Actually, i do want to stay the same day night, but application for select first august. That’s why hotal cannot give the approval for the booking.

The room paint was falling
sofa were like they bought in early 90s bed sheet was not good there is no privacy for family in entrance there is massage center and massage girls are standing in doors. Not good place for family

Ac controler is one for many room and it is-outside the rooms in the corridor. Room and furniture are not clean. Customer service man told me that this hotel is not suitable for families.

-the receptionist guy was very uncooperative, literally a terrible, communication with him made me fell that he is not intrested in guest because of we guest disturbed his sleep.. he was sleepin while i check in. the ac is bullshit there..a common ac control for 3 rooms…i never seen this bullshit set up in any hotel before
