The property has a great location and facilities, with an awesome view and pool. The staff is respectful, friendly, and helpful. The property has a mall inside, and the rooms are clean with basement parking. However, some guests faced issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the windows, and the bad smell in the bathroom. Some guests also faced unfriendly staff at the reception and frustrating behavior from the restaurant manager. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, but some bakery items were hard and not fresh.
