My stay at your hotel was satisfactory overall, except for an embarrassing and unpleasant experience in the dining hall during supper. When i entered the dining area, i approached the counter and informed your staff that i was staying in room 315. The staff member then asked if i was eligible for breakfast and supper. I confirmed that i had booked both. My friend and i proceeded to take our food, but shortly after, another staff member approached me and stated that i was only eligible for breakfast. Feeling confused and embarrassed, i returned to the counter to clarify the matter. The staff member at the counter then reiterated that i was not eligible for supper. At this point, i had to retrieve my booking details on my phone to prove that my booking included both breakfast and supper. While i was searching for the details, the counter staff confirmed that i was indeed eligible for supper. This incident caused significant embarrassment for both me and my friend in front of other guests. It was not just a mistake by one staff member but a clear failure in communication across your hotel’s system. Additionally, i cannot help but feel that this situation was exacerbated by a possible bias. Most of the guests appeared to be european, and as an asian guest, i felt that i may have been treated differently, which was deeply unsettling. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve staff communication and ensure all guests are treated with equal respect and dignity.

Great staff, very helpful; however, the property needs a makeover, and the washrooms seemed old. Lunch buffet tailored to only one palette, variety could be better

I would like to thank to a gentle man who assisted me upon check in, no toiletries and i tried to contact them but no one is answering, not worth it for the price.

It's a good, value for money property. The staff were courteous. The food was good. Rooms were comfortable. Nothing outstanding but nothing to complaint too. We took our pets along and they were happy )

I would not recommend to any of my friends or family. I called them to order food no one pick up the call. Room was still dirty. Chicken bone was found in the balcony. Front office needs to pay attention and during checkout the person did not show any respect. No one thank us or ask about the stay
