Excellent services, welcomed very nicely from the reception desk - ms. Sheryl her name i believe. The late night dinner was delicious and was on time. Cleanliness was perfect. Overall i recommend 100/100 to all visitors to stay in novotel expo sharjah.

One of the best hotels in al khan, a very upscale place and suitable for business trips. It has all the amenities. All the employees are excellent and kind. I will repeat the experience soon.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the housekeeping was exceptional, keeping my room spotless throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool, reliable wifi, and a well-equipped gym. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

Water flow

Well kept room. Comfort beds. I would like mention the name of ms. Elley who served me food at the restaurant. She did a good job. Polite and helping. Bathroom water flow is extremely bad. While asked i was told as the flow has been reduced as part of the global sustainability initiative. But that’s not good. Could take a proper bath.

Location of the property is very good corniche road is just at a waking distance and well connected to e11 shaikh zayed road.
I recently stayed at novotel and had an incredible experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Overall, i had an amazing time and would highly recommend novotel to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

Terrible hotel, run away it’s a trap

The worst experience started with the check in that takes approximately one hour along with the room service and you need to know that even you don’t have a kettle or a coffee or tea in your room, the room is 100% full of humidity and a very bad smell, even the bed isn’t comfortable, ac control unit isn’t working, believe me it’s a trap
