    Rooms AC problem.

    We had booked 4 rooms and out of which 3 where Sea facing and 2 of Sea facing rooms air Con. was not working and as a courtesy they offered us discount for 1st night as they did not have same category rooms available for all the 4 rooms, so as our booking was prepaid while checking out when we asked for refund to hotel they asked us to contact the agent who booked for us. So kindly MMT contact the hotel and help us get the refund for same.
