I requested a room with a bath tub. Upon arriving they told me that there were only a few and not all with a bath tub and they were booked before mine. If i'd known that while booking i would have never booked the place. The reception wasn't very helpful either. So i found a different hotel and checked out. Lost all the money there and will never visit this hotel again.

The actual building of the Hotel with reception is different and I was given room in a room in different building. The room was quite shady and as security just had a swipe card at main gate. Lights were very low in the room and bathroom were quite small. Could not find exhaust or heater in the room. Just a window with quite a bad view.

There is no lift from second floor, needs to climb in narrow leader with luggage, there is no food item for Indian.

Really the Hotel is accessible to every main destination of London. The service was excellent and service was always with a smile. Reception people were very cooperative and really wish visit this Hotel again

This is not a 3 star Hotel, but a simple bed and breakfast lodge. Make my trip has told me this as 3 star Hotel. There was just rooms with average beddings. Not a single 3 star facility available.

I didn’t like the hotel. Noise issues. Room was too small and was not up to 3 star standard.
