    Chelsea cloisters stay

    The rooms were clean but a little outdated. No other services were provided at the hotel. The location was decent not the best, but was close to south kensington underground stn.

    Rooms are unexceptionally small & dirty rooms, contradictory to what is projected. Not at all suitable for a family of 2 or more. Only 1 person with 1 bag can hardly fit.

    The only good about this is location. If any problem with room no one will give you any solution. Bad sleep. I stayed there very calmly or else I would have destroyed my holiday. Manager just have an answer no. Property has potential but worst manager.

    Most dirty, filthy, mosquito laden place! Arrogant staff! Garbage bins right outside the windows! Dirty smelly torn carpets in the corridor. Dirty kitchen with filthy utensils!
