the property is based in a neat location, 🚍 stop are next to it, but I should be thankful Ms Manpreet from thr reception who was very helpful to us She ensured our stay was very comfortable for the entire 10 days we stayed we had two bookings each for 5 days (bcos of change in our travel plan due to weather conditions) We had asked other staff to accommodate us in the same room which was refused
We were asked to check out at 12 noon and check in at 3 pm inspite of having a booking in the same hotel
And when we went down to do that Manpreet helped us not only in retaining the same room but also not go thru the check out and check in process
Being in a foreign country for the first time these kind gestures restored faith in humanity!! A heartfelt thanks to Manpreet!!

Hotel connectivity to famous spot is very nice. Room are perfectly clean. And the staff at reception is very cooperative and helpful. I hope to see u this hotel back again in future

Hotel is nice and clean, closely located to the airport and well connected with tram, train and bus facilities. Staff members are also very friendly and supportive. I would recommend it to all the travellers, it's very cost effective as well.

Staff was very helpful and i will come again here. The problem i found was the breakfast is always same here and you do get bored after some time.

Ibis as always rooms are small, economical and average. Location is good. Easy access. Sound proofing is poor.

As per the price the services are good. The staff is nice. But check in time should be a little early like 12pm. 3pm isn't good as it spoils the day.

Everything was ok but the room could have been bit more spacious also the breakfast was bit harsh on us indians
