    Got a serious issue at hotel and left it

    I checked into the hotel and the single room was is not something that booked for. There was no AC or heating in the room and it smells like anything. I checked with guys to give some other room.

    Size of room and cleanliness was good. However need to add variety in their breakfast menu. They had same items every day without any change.

    A good hotel near kings cross/st pancras, clean and comfortable room ,with plenty of food nearby. Will recommend and revisit. Though the reception manager not given room for early check in ,accepted luggage to keep in safe till I come back. Gave nice room, thanks.

    Very good hotel in Kings Cross

    Really good location, exactly opposite Kings Cross Station. Rooms were really clean and nice. Would highly recommend this place.

    The windows are not sound proof and it was difficukt to sleep in the night . The bathrooms stink though clean . The elevator does not reach the fourth floor and at the age of 67 it was difficult to climb up and down . Lare check out by even one hour was not allowed
