Rooms are very small, toiletries not provided, ac was not working, images of rooms are deceiving, the rooms and ambience doesn't look as shown in images. Felt suffocated in room. Not worth the stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. The room was ready when we arrived. Buffet spread was nice with plenty of options to choose from.

Location was good
facilities, housekeeping, staff behaviour and staff services were terrible. Yes, the room conditions and amenities were below standard like aircon not working, electronic safe not working etc.

Perfect location however, hotel staff not friendly.
I stayed at the tower hotel on 14-12-2020, and had booked their suit for one night as i was surprising my friend for his birthday. But from the moment i arrived at the hotel o could feel the stay being indifferent towards us. First we were given a lower category room even though our booking for for suite. I had requested the staff if they could help us with something to make my friends believe special to which they initially agreed but later when they had to change my room category to the one i had paid for they told me that now they won’t arrange for anything as we are being moved to a higher category room even though that’s what we had paid for. The hotel was almost empty as we were in a middle of a pandemic even after that the staff would not entertain some basic requests like extra toiletries and water. Luckily there was a tesco right outside the hotel where we got all the remaining stuff from.

Good location, just 1 min walk from Tower of London. Breakfast is also nice but rooms are bit small. Overall nice stay.

The Tower Hotel is one of the select few having a great views of beautiful London City, a great choice of tourist places to visit nearby, access to central London. The hotel staff is very polite and courteous and facilities are good. The breakfast and in-house restaurant are excellent though an effort can be made to modify and offer variety in the breakfast menu to break the monotony of current options. Overall a great experience.
