julian.partnerDec 02, 2024 Check in was seamless. One small chip in one of the mugs in the room - which was changed immediately. Food at the on site Bar/Cafe was very good and good prices. BUT there was a function on in the function room which our room - No7 - overlooked. The volume of music was so loud it at times exceeded the tv volume. If we we made aware of this on booking I would have had second thoughts about staying. Why could we have not had a room further away - there were party attendees that stayed in the hotel - why not give them that room. If I stay here again I will be checking with the hotel to see if they have a function on. The music stopped about 0030/0045 so not a good nights sleep.
Fancied a night away with my fiancée, we chose this hotel, because it was a smaller hotel and not too far away from home, it was lovely there

Lovely hidden hotel, staff were lovely.
Only bad thing was the mattress, wwasnt very comfortable because of the springs digging into us
Very clean, lovely room and views. The lady on reception was brilliant, I didn’t catch her name but she was so lovely and helpful.

No toilet paper on arrival, 2nd day no cleaning carried out, bedroom in need of thourgh clean last breakfast cold & sausage part cooked!

The stay was a over night for me and husband. We was given a room in the annex which had the boiler in and every time someone ran water it would make the most horrendous noise even resulting to waking us up.
The dust behind the tv is like its not been cleaned in a very very long time.

Great hotel. Breakfast was delicious, great menu with lots of choices. Stayed in the annex which was very quiet. Nice coastal walk across the road.
Comfortable bed, clean room, staff friendly and accommodating.
Right on a gorgeous beach. So quiet great night sleep
Stayed in the bungalow, unfortunately the sun had been shining on the roof all day and it was like sleeping in an oven. I will not be staying there again.

The hotel it self is lovely,staff are friendly and our room over looked the sea.
What let us down was the fact they had 2 parties going on.So till about 3am you heard people shouting,slamming doors and music going on(must of been playing it in their room).
We should of been notified and given the option to change our booking!

kevin.partnerJun 17, 2024 A very warm welcome greeted us upon our arrival. We were checked in and shown to our room which was clean and comfortable. After a welcome drink we headed back to our room and settled in for the night. One comfortable nights sleep later, awake and fresh we headed to breakfast. Breakfast was very tasteful with plenty to choose from for all tastes. Would stay again
