The service on the reception is terrible. The guy that assisted me was extremely rude, terrible.

franceen.familyOct 20, 2024 Beautifully updated modern rooms, fridge & microwave, we got a room with a separate sitting area (sofabed), and we used the pool/jacuzzi. A lovely breakfast too.

Great Stay for Sesame Place
Front desk staff was amazing! Breakfast was wonderful and room was clean! We were a bit disappointed as we stayed at this hotel compared to other options that were a bit less for the indoor pool and it was unexpected closed day of- very hard to explain to a 3 year old who was downstairs ready to go swimming. Great walking to Sesame Place- would stay again if pool is confirmed open :o)

kimberly.familySep 09, 2024 We stayed here to go to sesame place anx the location couldnt be more convient. There is a path from the hotel to the entrance of sesame place it is about a 5 min walk at most sp super convenient as you dont have to pay 35 to park at sesame place each day. Room was clean and a good size for our family of 4. They also have a small pool that we did use one day after the park. There is a bonefish grill which ia in an adjacent parkinglot that you can also walk to or a margaritas restaurant across the street which you could also walk to we didnt use our car once because everything we needed was right there there are also a lot of restaurants and fast food on the main strip but we were really just there for sesame for 2 nights so we didnt venture out much. Staff was incredible everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful i wish i got their names because they really were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The free brekfast and coffee was great plenty of options for a free breakfast. We are planning to come again next year snd without a doubt will stay here again.

patricia.familySep 06, 2024 I loved how close sesame place was to the hotel, we stood two nights and the room was never cleaned so that's why I gave 4 stars. Other than that the staff was super friendly and resourceful. The breakfast bar was nice too! Waffle maker was great.

Our stay overall faired well. The housekeepers work hard to maintain laundry and cleanliness.
The beginning of the trip was not the best greeting received, because the hostess manager had high energy attitude -its like being greeted by someone overworked and underpaid:/ clearly a result of the work environment.
I had reservations so it should have been a simple log in, also when I asked for change to use the laundry or detergent to purchase,
The site had none available.
I dont know the type of budget pressure the site has, but even the pool room was a bit too humid, questionable moldiness. Which really isn't a housekeeping issue, more so a licensed inspector issue, where a mold meter might be beneficial. And lastly rugs/carpet tiles are very prehistoric, they should not even be an element in hotels, as it traps most allergens

Kind of dirty, mold on ceiling in bathroom, peeling trim, there was blood on the sheets, then no sheets available for the pull out bed so we couldn't use it even though we paid extra for the extra bed. We booked our two nights separately but when we checked in they said we'd be able to stay in the same room but they checked us out and I had to run to and from the room and my car three times to get them everything they needed to re-check us in, with an exhausted toddler, again with no apology. We did not get housekeeping. Loud until 10:30 and the alarm went off at 6.
I would recommend paying a little more for the slightly more expensive hotel in the area or save money by going with one of the cheaper ones because it's probably similar or better quality.
