It was a great one night stay
The shower and sink water in bathroom was ICE cold, 2nd night of stay. Also 2nd day we were only given 1wash cloths for 2 people to use all day, night and next morning before checkout. Sorry vacation in my opinion
Hot water wasn’t working but otherwise friendly staff and accommodations

The manager told me that I would still be charged full price for the room. Would he have rather I come and get people sick including his staff? There were no accommodating just an oh well!

christy.friendsOct 29, 2024 We had a lovely stay, once we figured out how to turn the tub on to the hot water side. The knob stuck a little, so extra force was needed. We had a clean spacious room with a perfect view of the ocean sun rise. The coffee pot in the room did not work for me but such a small thing is inconsequential when contrasted with all of the good things.
We stayed a couple of days for our wedding anniversary. Our initial room had HVAC issues but the hotel moved us to another room with an ocean view that was Amazing! We love the Hilton property and staff.

natalie.familyOct 22, 2024 My sister and I bought some food from their shop. There was a shrub leaf in my muffin. I pulled it out — it was a whole leaf… in the muffin. Not a bay leaf.
Convenient location, close to amenities and airport. Property is tired, looking, VERY tired. No pool/beach service, I understand that it is off-season, but someone should be available other than the one bartender at the wet whistle checking on guests, picking up dirty towels and trash, all of this just accumulating during the say. Outside railings have cobwebs and chipped paint. Exterior is in need of major TLC. We stayed at the Marriott last time, thought we would give the Hilton a try this time. Will not be returning here again. Not up to par with Hilton standards.
the shuttle service was nice though not very professionally run. They moved us from the first room they put us in because it was not ocean front which is what i reserved or thought i had reserved.
james.partnerOct 19, 2024 The inside was very dark and gloomy. Felt like walking around a ghost hotel. Came for a conference. Would not choose to stay for vacation. Room had a fridge that was too small, no shelves, and didnt get cold. Room had poor lighting. Welcoming us to our room were tags on bottle water for 5 dollars. For the price i expected more than the average hotel. We did not see what was so special about the hilton.

I would go back again, knowing a little more about how to best navigate.
I'm sure the property was lovely, but we were not able to experience it. We were supposed to arrive shortly after check in to enjoy the resort and surrounding area. Unforunately because of the hurricane evacuation in Florida, we were stuck in really bad traffic and did not make it to the resort until midnight. Check in, although hours later than we expected, was fine until I was told they would now charge their $60 resort and parking fee. I do not recall seeing anything about an extra $60 fee. The next morning when we checked out ten hours after check-in, I asked for the fee to be reimbursed, since we were only there ten hours and therefor were unable to enjoy the resort due to hurricane evacuation traffic. I was reimbursed only $13.99 plus taxes for "self-parking." Very disappointed in this apparently hidden fee, but also because they were not willing to reimburse the entire $60 since we were unable to arrive closer to check-in due to unforseen weather circumstances.
Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 asking to collect trash, so any sleep were were able to get after the long journey was interrupted, even though we still had two hours until check-out.
We will not stay here again.
