This is my second stay here and it again did not disappoint. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.

kaylarae.familyOct 31, 2024 That wouldn’t let you bring breakfast to your room I’ve never seen that my kids couldn’t bring rest. Also breakfast closed early and as soon as you asked for something they put it away if they overheard you talking about it, but night staff was great!!!
jasmine.family_with_childrenOct 28, 2024 The rooms started out pretty clean but there was food from who knows when still in the refrigerator. They did not inform us of hotel policy that housekeeping under 3 days must be requested. There was not enough towels and we had to keep going to the front desk to get towels and bedding for a regular bed change and for the sofa bed. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. Also unknown. The night desk person was also not informative and mainly stood quiet when I reported housekeeping didn’t come. If there’s no housekeeping at least keep bigger garbage cans in the rooms. The garbage was overflowing and we had to make our own garbage bags.
kimberly.friendsOct 28, 2024 Wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. Nothing major, but there was hair clogged in the shower drain which was kind of gross and a bit of mold around the corners and edges of things. I would stay again - it was convenient and comfortable enough.
The suite was so nice and roomy! The hot breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly. We will definitely be looking for more of these hotels as we travel!
berenice.partnerOct 27, 2024 I have stayed here several times and have had good experiences. The tub was clogged and they didn’t have anything to work with it. I didn’t notice until late night so it was kind of late to change rooms. They accommodate when asked for towels so that’s a plus. No working ice machine.
The bed is very low to the ground.. felt like sleeping on the floor it’s so low
The room is clean and spacious. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is good for me.

janene.familySep 30, 2024 Property was being renovated. Some areas had items stacked in hallways, some areas roped off. Pool area looked nice but dated. Rooms that had been renovated were nice but outdated furniture. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Staff was very help and nice. Great breakfast and plentiful coffee. Would recommend for price!
