The lobby area and common areas in the hotel are lovely. The mezzanine looking over the lobby is pretty. Our hotel room was useable and the bed was comfy, but I did not appreciate having an old jacuzzi-tub/shower. It was a bit dangerous stepping over the high tub sides. the fan roared when the light was turned on. Our "city view" from our room was an abandoned building with a window torn out and air conditioning units. The carpeting was not good. There was not enough bedside table space. So in summary, it would be a good hotel for a wedding, reunion, event etc, but I would not want my guests to stay there.
What a gorgeous property, the art deco feel carries its grander throughout the entire hotel property. The rooms are spacious and clean- The location is literally in the middle of everything walking distance to every place you need to be in Allentown!
Elegant and beautifully designed. The rooms are pristine. The chef was awesome. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was great but our room was not. I called 3 times to have our AC fixed and even went to the desk. No one helped us. Sweat box all day and night! The thermostat read 84°! No one would come fix it for us.
Room was clean and really nice. Close to the PPL and valet parking was nice. We had a really nice stay. Staff was friendly and helpful

kenneth.partnerOct 27, 2024 Great hotel - clean, comfortable and easy access to the PPL Center for concerts and shows. The room was very quiet. We met Albert the owner and he was wonderful - very engaging and genuinely concerned for the well being of his guests. The staff were ok - a lot of new people who weren't sure of things yet. Hopefully that will improve. The only real downfall was the parking situation - since it's downtown the only options were street parking at 3 dollars an hour or valet service through the hotel at 35 dollars a day. Since we only stayed one night for a concert it was a no brainer. Be prepared to wait to get your car back since the parking garage is a block over. I would recommend this hotel and we will be back if we need to stay over in Allentown again.
Two girlfriends and I were attending an event at the PPL center. The hotel was perfect and very pleasant. Breakfast the next day was delicious! If I am in the area again I would definitely stay there again.

Wires hanging from TVs, old windows and dirty with no screens, no hair dryer, no ironing board or iron, very small tub, paint bubbles up on the wall, cheap ikea like desk, stain on kitchen ceiling, kitchen drawer blocked by refrigerator, and a view a back alley / trash! Parking 2 blocks away… they do have valet but I sat there in front at 6:30 pm No one helped The worst I’ve ever experienced

Hotel was clean and nice. Rooms are big. Valet needs more personnel. Restaurant and in house Starbucks under staffed. Location for shows at PPL center is perfect.
