Hotel deducted my security deposit after checkout, nothing used and everything was perfect but money taken wrongly

I prepaid for my hotel when i reached there they asked me security deposit i said i said i would like to pay by cash they said only by card i didn’t carry my all card so i had only salary card so they keep me waiting for 2 horas that was my worst experience. I didn’t click any photos i was irritated that time
