Very conjusted small room and restrooms, small room door i was not able to enter with my baby stroller.
Bad service and front desk staff
I paid for Monday nov. 18 until Thursday. I called a head of time informing front desk I will be checking in Tuesday 630am. When I arrived no employee was there at the front desk. I called the 401 #. They told me to wait 45 minutes. They did not take a notation that I was checking in6-7am Tuesday. Also for compensation I asked for a late check out. My last day. They were hesitant to give me one and rude. They gave me an extra hour and a half late check out. I paid an extra day so I would not have to wait to check in 3pm. I feel they should've handled the situation better and more kindly.

matthew.familyNov 12, 2024 The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was a plus. Dinner at Marbella Restaurant next to the lobby was delicious and very convenient. Parking is convenient, but the lot is tight and maneuvering is difficult. Overall, it's a great and convenient place to stay.
I was told upon arrival that someone had called saying my name and that I was impersonating that person and not to give me the room. Fortunately I had stayed there a few days before and after giving them my identification information they gave me the room I had reserved.
I was not pleased with the room. The bathroom was extremely small and hardly no room to close the door. The TV worked sporadically. The lotion dispenser was emptied. Finally the room was located across where cars ran over medal plates that were so loud and kept us up through out the night. The hotel was not cheap.
It was nice, quiet near the hotel and the transportation was convenient, but one inconvenient thing was that it was a narrow parking lot
Great location, restaurants in walking distance, bank(ATM) across the street , rooms small and outdated, good hot breakfast, bed was comfortable.
dinorah p.familyOct 21, 2024 I did not like the sink out of the bathroom, and the AC was not working; we were hot all night. The staff is very kind, especially those in the breakfast area. The breakfast was good, and it was ready before 7 (the front desk staff said no, but actually, it was open before 7), in case you needed to leave early. It was really good.
kerri.partnerOct 20, 2024 Bathroom was so small you could barely close the door for privacy. Stained walls too. I was woken up by a strange noise that occurred every 2-3 minutes from 5-10 am (and then we left). It sounded like garbage cans being pulled or a pulley. We could not figure it out. We just wanted to sleep in!
Rooms were nice, in a safe and quite area

claire.familyOct 07, 2024 It was okay at best. Nothing to wrote home about. It did what it was supposed to do, despite being in Queens. Sometimes, it's a pain to get into the parking lot, and the rooms are a tiny bit small for my liking, but it was okay.
No running water in the room
Excellent Spanish restaurant literally linked to the hotel. Fantastic food and amazing service. A huge plus for the hotel.
Room was small and there was traffic noise, but shower, furniture, etc. were nice. Building seems to be a little older, but was in good shape. (Both are to be expected in New York City.) Free parking is not so that is a BIG bonus. Staff was helpful to a couple minor requests and breakfast was as good as any other i've had at hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

The stuff here were not polite specially in front Desk they clean my room a third day and that was becsuse i went and ask we stayed for 4 days..
