    No elevator! How is this open for people that are handicapped? How does the City of Philadelphia pa allow this? Also, they reported that they had a restaurant/sports bar. It was closed. Dirty room with marks on the walls, shower and front door. This is so disappointing.

    This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. We didn't even stay. We got to our room and immediately looked online for a new hotel. It is disgustingly dirty everywhere, the elevator was broken so we had to lug our suitcase up 4 flights of stairs (despite the fact that we were room 208 and it should have been only one flight up), the sheets were dirty, the towels were on the floor, the lights were flickering or off in hallway, the carpets were torn up, the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, the staff was unprofessional and rude, the location is scary to say the least, and the air conditioning didn't work. You should not even offer this hotel as an option. It was genuinely a scary building to be in.

    Terrible Stay

    This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during 40 years of travel. The pictures on the internet were not reflective of the hotel. It is situated in a bad neighborhood. The hotel air condition did not work. The elevator was broken and we had to walk 5 flights of stairs. The carpets were torn up and disgusting. The beds had bed bugs. They also would not allow us a refund prior to checking in or after checking in. The area felt unsafe to the point that we lodged a chair against the door and I told my kids to stay right next to me and go directly from our vehicle to the room. We only stayed 1 night.
