Location is nice, right beside the river. It is a big Ruby River Hotel but have not kept up the repairs. We had room in the last wing on second floor. We could not find any elevators so we took stairs and they we were dirty and smelly. Room ok though but old. We arrived late and had dinner at restaurant. It was ok as well.
