james.family_with_childrenNov 28, 2024 The pool was closed with little explanation. We had brought the grandchildren with us with the idea of a pool for them to swim. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but still had 3 young ones who felt like the trip was ruined. The staff did their best to make us happy though it's hard to explain that to the kids.
tsering.family_with_childrenNov 11, 2024 Everything was great except pool room was very cold and pool water temperature was cold too. Our kids were looking forward to swim in pool but couldn’t. Hot tub water temperature was on colder side too.
We love staying here. We have stayed here many times in the past. I just wish they would get the hot tub fixed. They finally got the heater working now they need to focus on getting the jets to work.
Nice clean and comfortable hotel with staff that was professional and courteous!
The king bed was sooo comfortable! My daughter said the sofa bed was good also. The hair dryer worked well.
The bathroom was tiny. We ran out of hot water by the third shower. The faucet in the tub was loose. The clothes iron leaked water all over the clothes. The breakfast was just so-so, nothing special.
Shower was filthy and scalding hot water no cool or cold water mix

Loved the size of the 1 bedroom suite! And the location was GREAT especially for walking to Lavell Stadium!
Way early arrival and front desk got us in a room quickly. We needed it!

brady.partnerOct 13, 2024 I really like the hotel, it is nice, and the lobby and room were nice clean and well-maintained. The pool area was abysmal, and either not well maintained or just had been overrun with guests. The water in the hot tub looked like it hadn't been changed in weeks. It was surprising to me because the hotel is quite nice and even though it was said to be full, there were not a lot of people around!
The room was nice and clean. Check in was easy! Friendly. Good breakfast. The showers were extremely hot-too much, even on a cold setting.
maureen.partnerOct 11, 2024 What a great place to stay in Provo. Very nice rooms, great WiFi, and expansive breakfast. There are convenience shops, a bakery and restaurants on site and within walking distance. Very close to BYU.

They took care of my son when I could not make the trip. He was arriving for BYU as a freshman, and the check in was smooth.
