Overall courteous staff and good rooms. Walls are thin so noise is a problem. 18th floor you can hear pump noise but the Grand Gold Hotel was great at providing us an alternative room. Location is scenic. Recommended to travelers on a budget.

The stay was comfortable. The Grand Gold Hotel is a bit far from the happening/party area of the beach. A lot of communication barrier with the front desk ladies. Could have been better with breakfast.
