The hotel is right opposite my khe beach which makes it the perfect location. The staff was helpful although they are often not english-speaking. Overall, great experience!

The hotel location is near the beach and had a pleasant stay. The amenities were good. Just one thing to mention is that they can have some good vegetarian options in breakfast and explicitly marking them as vegan.

Excellent experience at haian. Very good service and hospitality. Polite behaviour of the staff especially elina. Their spa is worth the experience and location of the hotel is icing on the cake. If in danang, stay at haian!

Hotel ha-in is located in superb location in danang. Rooms are very clean and size of room is also big. We booked partial sea view and view from our room is awesome. Staff of the hotel is very polite and very helpful.

The hotel staff was not behaving good, we booked room for standard double bed and they provided us junior king room where room size was too small and bed looks like for kids. We have requested to change the rrom but they were behaving very rude. We were not expecting this service from make my trip

Danang is known as miami of south east and it lives up to its reputation. The hotel is an apt accommodation for such a city. It is located right on the beach. The rooms are big with ample space. Our room was sea facing and it gave an expansive view of the ocean. Staff is courteous. Restaurant serves excellent breakfast in terms of quality, taste and variety.

Excellent location. Good rooms and linen. Well spread out buffet breakfast. Supportive staff. Aircon was an issue initially but was resolved by the haian staff.

During our three-day stay at Haian Hotel, we were delighted to find it conveniently located opposite the beach. The hotel provided a pleasant experience overall, with standout moments such as our delightful breakfasts. While the vegetarian options were somewhat limited, the chef went above and beyond to prepare delicious veg dishes for us, alongside an extensive variety for non-vegetarians. A heartfelt thank you to the chef for making our breakfast so enjoyable despite the limited veg options. On my birthday, they generously surprised me with a complimentary cake, a thoughtful gesture that added to our memorable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary tea breaks from 3 to 5, adding to the overall value. Don't miss the breathtaking view from the rooftop overlooking the beach—it's truly amazing and adds an extra touch of magic to the experience.

Had a lovely stay. Warm and welcoming staff, excellent food and an amazing room. Fully recommend this stay to anyone looking for a reasonable price for 5 star amenities.
