Location is very nice. Lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. 15-20mins away from hanoi old quarter and cabs are easily available. Very courteous staff. Breakfast is a little expensive if bought separately.

On arrival at the hotel- manager declared no bell boy to take luggage. At 10. 15pm hotel manager declares that there is no room service after 10pm. Terrible experience in my 42 years international hotel stays. Reception and waiters at the restaurant were novice and no courtesy to us. What a bad experience.

Hotel is good but after paying huge amount to hotel, they don't have any regard to guest at hotel. Any minor loss, they will make bill immediately.

It was a good stay at Grand Vista hotel, I would recommend if you don’t want to stay near centre or old quarters you can choose this property with good breakfast and amenities the only thing I wanted to warn you is avoid Spa in hotel located in basement of Grand Vista hotel with the name of Dong Do massage it’s actually a brothel not a spa they will cheat you. It was really shocked to see how this hotel is allowing them to run such a brothel type of spa in their premises. Rest everything is good.

I reached hotel before checkin time and they did not allow checkin while they were having rooms available and on making multiple requests they asked to go out and roam in the city. Even they do-not offer water to guests sitting and ask to purchase glass of water. Terrible service

Its a very good hotel. Good spacious rooms. Neat, clean and well maintained. Polite and efficient staff. Good food. Not far from the downtown happening area. Lots of good eating joints close by. Very well priced. Excellent value for money.

Terrible experience with mm t - check in was denied even though booking was prepaid and showed as confirmed on mmt. I ended up paying over 2x to book an alternative hotel for 3 families in the middle of night (1 am. Mm t support was too slow and now they are simply not re-imbursing the costs for alternative. Never mind the massive inconvenience of families with tired small kids try-in to check in from 11 pm to 1 am with support saying we dont know what is happening and will get back to you as soon as we can. Terrible.

The hotel is well located with a very courteous staff. Hospitality was par excellence. The cab and other arrangements were done by the hotel with a regular follow up on issues. The room was spacious and well equipped. Overall a fab experience.

Hotel staff at the reception was extremely rude. We reached early in the morning before check in time, we were not expecting to get the room earlier, however receptionist asked us to "wait on the sofa (in the area which was not even lighted) but not lie (as if we were going to sleep on the sofa. The room was not properly clean. We found few medicines wrappers, bunch of hair in the room when we checked in. Overall, a bad experience at this hotel. Very limited options in the breakfast menu. Also, we had booked a double room but hotel allotted us a twin room.

Grand vista is at the superb location and the breakfast here is also nice for vegetarian as they have few options. Hospitality of the staff was excellent.

We stayed in the place for 5 days. Room was clean and tidy with a great view of the wonderful hanoi street. Breakfast from 6 am to 10 am was a feast for the eyes with a beautifully spread our menu. Wonderful time overall.

We had a great stay at the grand vista hanoi hotel. It's located slightly away from the bustling old quarter location in a peaceful locality. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. I would love to stay here again in future
