It's a nice property located very conveniently. Market is 5 min walk. Many tour operators around. 2 indian restaurants are just across the road. It's a clean facility. Staff is helpful. Rooms are clean with no smell. Bathrooms are also clean. Limited veg options for breakfast but not bad. Cost could be on the lower side to make it full 5 star rating.

Location is good. Food menu not suitable for indians. No response from sales team. Extra bed provided was a converted sofa with a thin blanket serving as mattress leading to backaches

Well the rooms are not sound proof in the new wing. Every time someone shuts the door or walks in the corridor you can hear the sound loud and clear

Hotel is good, but too many rules. Take deposit of usd 50 from indians. Value pack for amount you pay.

It was a nice stay with alagon and the food was really good. All things about alagon is amazing. We will choose alagon in our next visit to ho chi min h city.

Rooms are small though we stayed in tripple room without window. They charged 400vnd for 20 min late checkout but we are just 5 min late to enter. This is very bad experience. We stayed in many hotels internationally but this is one unpleasant experience that we don't want to remember. I advise to others stay well informed. We never know that that charge so much for 15 min late checkout. Scam this hotel is.

Highly scam hotel. All ok but they charged 400 vend for 15min late check out even if we informed. This is very bad part of the hotel. We lost umbrella they charged 250vnd it is ok and acceptable. You careful about the hotel about the charges. We travel-led many international hotels but this is fishy and scam.

We did not get the room which we paid for. Food which we ordered was also not upto mark. We gave a written complaint to the hotel regarding food but no action taken. We booked room through make my trip so that we get the room we wanted. In future we have to rethink before booking through you & also about the hotel.

Overall rooms are good. Pure veg indian restaurant just across the street. Language issue is also not there. Hotel does not look grand overall and not differently abled friendly. Lot of small steps. We got 2 rooms quite far away. They are known as ‘alagon hotel’ locally not alagon saigon hotel and spa if you find on local map for taxi etc. Overall recommended for comfortable stay but not luxurious stay. Location is great advantage and most places within 1 km distance.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of city and district 1. Very accessible and beautiful location. The rooms are not very spacious but well maintained and clean with all the services. The rooftop restaurant area is very nice. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have many options for vegetarians but is manageable. The service is up to the mark. Highly recommended!

The hotel is fantastic, it is centrally located and the staff is super friendly and diligent. The rooms are super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Thumbs up and just go for it.
