First of all i booked because i was assured that i will get the best stay with best price i went to the hotel i booked for 3 people 1 suite room but they have given there deluxe room as they said our one suite room bathroom is not working
at that day my phone got broken there

The first room allocated was full of dust. Very bad service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrible experience, would not recommen

Terrible experience. The issues started with the check in process itself. We arrived a little earlier than check in time and requested for an early check in but the manager was rude and told no check in before 2 pm. After check in, when we entered our room there was a damp smell and rooms were small. The bathroom was horrible. The shower head was broken and only the pipe remained and the washbasin was clogged. When informed about these manager told there is nothing that she could do about it. We asked to be shifted to another room but she told no other rooms were available. The key card didnt work when we back in the evening. She changed the card 4 times and gave it to us. We had to go up down the elevator 4 times to go back and tell her it didnt work and she kept giving faulty cards. Finally the 5th time she came to the room herself and opened with master key. At check out she informed she has not received payment. This hotel was my worst experience ever possible.

These guests arrived at 8 am and we were informed that the check-in time is 2 PM as listed by the hotel on the website of MMT. We really don't understand why guests could be unhappy when the previous guest is still sleeping in the room they plan to check in to. Later they could c... Read more

Location of the hotel is very good. Most of the places are well connected. We did not avail the food service there. Staff was well spoken and helpful
