The noise next door was really loud that you can hear it.12 midnight i have to call the management that she promptly call the next door occupants.
A great place to stay very friendly and helpful.

Bed was comftable and lovely and nice quiet ... the chinese restaurant was a lottle pricey but cafe ' just like nans' was awesome for breakfast on weekdays ...
Perfect for our overnight stay. Well equipped with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Great location, handy to city centre etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Only real negative was although plates an cutlery were provided there wasn't a dishcloth or tea towel available to clean used items

Overall easy to find plenty of parking, good location in Ballarat.
Old large room, clean, tidy and with all the features you’d expect. Added bonus of on-site Asian restaurant with lovely meals.
Just found that there was a lot of rubbish under the beds and there were plenty of large ?cricket like insects in the room and bathroom.
