It was a pleasant stay. Staff members were cooperative. Cleaning and hygiene was excellent. Location was easily approachable.

The hotel is centrally located in the city, clean. The staff is helpful and l would recommend to stay here. Will be staying here again when i visit melbourne

The experience was pretty average, nothing very great or special about. One good thing worth mentioning is the ambient controlled swimming pool

Best value for your money

We stayed for four nights. Comfortable stay. Good size room with well equipped kitchenet. Good clean bathrooms. Best location in city center. The only disappointment was its breakfast, all days same menu, not a single item changed any day. Better to book room only. There are enough places around it for breakfast. Overall, good stay. I recommend it to the visitors to melbourne.

Road construction made it noisy

Stayed in a Pegasus Apart'Hotel. Pros: Bed was comfortable. Close to free tram zone and team stops. Indian restaurants within a kilometer radius. Most day trip operators pick up and drop directly from this hotel. We used cabs but Skybus drop off is also very close. Cons: Storage was a small closet with barely any shelves. Kitchen was ok for a couple but spoons were not clear when we checked in. The room we had was facing some street and due to constant 24 hour construction work, it was noisy. Since we had planned 13 hour road trips, we came back late and did not have time to ask for change of rooms. Better to check and ask for room accordingly.

Wonderful value for money in Melbourne CBD

The hotel is top-notch considering its room prices. The hotel has everything one can ask for. The only disappointment we found was in the lack of variety in the breakfast menu. The room size is very good and the pools are very good, especially the spa pool. The staff is very polite and courteous.

Excellent hotel

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel has great facilities like swimming pool and gym. There is a restaurant downstairs. Plenty of cafe and eat outs nearby. The hotel is very close to railway station which you can use free of charge to explore the city. Car rentals like avis, apex, budget are also nearby. We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back.

Nice decent room. The staff was very friendly. The gym was adequate and the pool and the spa were very nice. Location is very good. Their rates vary every day and can drive you crazy. Same room can double over the weekend as they use a market based rate and I did not like it. Otherwise I liked the hotel.
