Nice neat and clean room and hotel. Near by historic places. Local juses/trams stops are just outside the hotel. Good connectivity for all sightseeing places. Front desk are superb and very supportive. If you need any info, they are more than happy to explain. Arrived earlier 1hr, however, got the room key without any further waiting. Breakfast was inclusive, having very limited options for indians specially those are vegetarian.

It was among-st most memorable trip as as soon as i landed it was snowing and we had the most comfortable stay.

Everything is good except the room

The room is cramped, it lacks a proper suitcase stand, the shower and toilet layout is unbelievably weird. The room can work for solo travellers. It's not suitable for others. All of which is a pity because the hotel is otherwise good. The breakfast buffet, the staff, the service were all great. They almost make up for the shortcomings of the depressing room.

Terrible Stay

We had a terrible experience at the hotel. The room ac were not working. When we went to the reception to complain (since the phones in the rooms were also not working) they said the hotel was full booked and couldn't give us another room. So then we were told we will be given a fan. We waited for half an hour but no action seemed to be taken. Since it was a hot day in salzburg it was getting a bit stuffy in the room. We had to go down again to the reception to follow-up on our request. We were then told there was no spare fan in the hotel. After a tiring day and everytime having to go to the reception and the casual attitude of the hotel angered my husband who told the reception to take action else we will have to write about our the uncooperative action of the staff on our reviews. had us vaccate he room for aggressive behavior. We were travelling with a child and the hotel threw us on the street late at night. Late at night we landed up spending double to book a room and not to mention the trauma the hotel subject my family to.

Slightly off from main city centre but value for money. Reception is very cooperative and gives good option for places to visit in city. Breakfast is decent not too lavish though. Very near to railway station

Location - a little away from marketplatz which is the city centre. However well connected by buses and O bus. Room - spacious, neat and presentable. However a major drawback is the double bed is actually two beds joined together and definitely not desirable for a couple. While I understand it's so cos most guests must be business travellers it's quite strange they provide the same to a couple on a holiday! Definitely thumbs down on this aspect. Breakfast - 15$ is on the higher side esp when all it has is cold meat.

Though located slightly away from the main city center it is very conveniently located with good bus connections to the central area. Very courteous and helpful staff. Facilities in the room was up to my expectations. The SPAR express store next door attached to the gas station is very useful for snacks and soda and water.

Very Peaceful location

Hotel is located at a very peaceful place. We had to upgrade our room to get a combined toilet which is very rare in Europe. The front office staff was very helpful and guided is well. Breakfast was normal. Only problem is that the hotel does not have any food or snacks available at all. Even tea, coffee, milk etc are not given except a few sachets given in the first day. So one had to buy all these, which is also rare. Overall, a good stay, without these though. Housekeeping also did a fine job.

We were on 3rd floor room no 306. We can see a petro station and main road from our window. Nice view and comfy beds. Staff at reception are really friendly and helping. When you reach hotel they welcome you with nice smile. Also any queries they attend with utter interest and try all the way to be helpful.

Loved the breakfast and stay here. Rooms were big. Great value for money. A bit far from the train station but a good place to stay. Staff is courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for a stay in Salzburg

Very good hotel

Hotel was very good, not very costly if you consider Amsterdam, its very far from Amsterdam, one need to take a bus followed by metro to reach Amsterdam city center which will take atleast an hour, the hotel is situated at Narden not in Amsterdam. But Narden is also a great and beautiful place to stay, Hotel security was too much but its good for travellers. I will recommend couples to stay in this hotel if your target is to spend holiday not to visit Amsterdam night life.

Bad staff but good rooms

Staff at reception was inexperienced and rude. One David Eckerl even used abusive language. Hotel rooms are good, spacious. But bathroom door is transparent, not comfortable for some conservative families. Overall, good experience. Spa and wellness centre are not well maintained, below standard.

The room was big and clean, staff was very friendly, near to public bus station, around 2-3 km to historic center (downtown), if I come back I would definitely stay back and I also recommend this hotel.

Chef needs to be trained in making omelet and frying eggs. Both were burnt and looked very unappealing. Rest of the breakfast is fine. Reception staff help in giving directions and travel advice was much liked by us
