Amazing hotel, it’s a fantastic place to stay. The mountain view is worth the extra amount. The service and in hotel restaurant has some good options. Veg options are limited but a short 10 min drive you can find indian restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very good property. Nice location and good amenities. If you are from india and are a vegetarian, you will only get get milk and cereals for breakfast. Nothing else. We are very much spoilt in 5 star resorts in india. The value for money we get in india is unmatched. The resort staff are average for a 5 star property. Overall place and location is good. Nothing else.

It’s superb location. Staff is damn helpful. I love the mountain view from my room. Food is usual like other places in bake but if you are non vegetarian then it’s good.

Beautiful property and a great location. Complete with all quality amenities like pool and spa. Housekeeping staff seemed rude though.

We 3 families (12 pax) booked 3 executive suites at qafqaz riverside hotel, gabala, azerbaijan, for three nights from july 30 to august 2, 2024. Here’s a summary of our experience: *price* we felt the cost was high relative to the experience provided. *property* the location offers good views, but the amenities and facilities did not justify the price. *room service* service was extremely slow for essentials like water, toiletries, towels, and tissue paper. *internet* internet/wifi was down for 5-6 hours and room phone was not working until next day morning. Imagine, if we need something for room service, then we have to go downstairs from 7th floor to ground floor. *room ac* the air conditioning was ineffective, affecting our sleep during the hot july-august weather. *washrooms* bad odors emerged if the exhaust fan wasn’t on, especially in the morning. Despite two complaints, the issue was only addressed with a spray. There was also water leakage from the tub into the room. *room furniture* the furniture was outdated but manageable. *room view* excellent. *room size* spacious. *lift* with only two elevators, wait times of up to 10 minutes were common, especially during breakfast. *food* we opted for the half-board package (breakfast and dinner, which offered a large variety of dishes. *food area/restaurant* the restaurant on the ground floor was large but not very clean. The staff was polite and accommodating. *reception* the reception staff displayed a lack of courtesy. *play zone* located on the second floor, the play area lacked air conditioning, and the pool and snooker tables were not well maintained. *swimming pool* the pool was not temperature controlled. *outside area* the surroundings provided a beautiful area for walks. *currency exchange* there is a machine for exchanging usd and euros to man-at on-site.

Look for alternative property in gabala.

Room service was very very slow, sometimes they don’t respond, during our stay for 12 hours their server was down so no internet, no room service was provided. Food menu was good but dining area wasn’t cleaned. Restaurant staff was good but reception people were high on attitude. Rooms ac was pathetic, no cooling in the rooms. We three families went as a group & didn’t have good stay. We were looking for bare minimum but pathetic hospitality at this cost.

Location, infrastructure, services, food, all aspects of this property has been top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family. The resort is stunningly beautiful and the food services were great. All meals which i had during my 3 day stay were delicious, well prepared and nicely presented. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in gabala.

Location was awesome and property was unbelievably incredible with all the amenities having indoor swimming pool with temperature control.

Very pretty hotel. Stayed in a villa, little away from the main building but has its own kitchenette, outdoor patio, living room etc. Strong recommendation to book this. Costed around 12k. Picturestique outdoors. Heated swimming pool is a great add on. One can also try turkish ham-am in the hotel. Breakfast: limited veg options but very elaborate spread consisting of various continental, turkish and azerbaijani delicacies. Though read some reviews about theft, but fortunately did not observe anything like that. One problem observed in the hotel was that all other resteraunts/ disco were not operational. Probably they operate in winter months. All in all, recommended for stay if in gabala.

1. 1. We checked in at 10 pm and as usual the check out was next day at 12 noon. But the hotel staff started knocking the door at 11. 15 am onwards. For us to check out and reminding again and again every 5 mins. Finally i had to shout and push them away at 11. 30. Saying i know its 11. 30 and also know check out is 12. Noon. So no need of coming again and again since 11. 15 am. So finally we dint get to pack properly as they kept on disturbing. So left back mybstuff of approx 200 usd back in the hotel room i guess. As i cannot find them now. They didnt allow us to pack at all. And made sure we were out by 11. 35 am. While actual check out was 12. Fyi. We reached at nigh 10 pm. We didnt we disturb any body. Just slept at hotel and woke up to their knocks. So no issues also from our side. Weird hotel.

Location and property is exclusive as no many options in gabala. Service is extremely poor of hotel staff.

Hotel rooms were good. But they do scam to foreign people. At the time of check out, they started asking us for extra money in the form of tax, but when we asked them to show a written policy then they denied it and didn't ask for tax. Be aware

The property is amazing. We have booked bhk villa which has all the amenities in the world. Resort is huge and has beautiful landscaping. Staff and food was very nice. Over all 5 star.
