Its vicinity is good, near to city center as well as airport. Food is excellent with multi-cuisine choices. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Good hotel. All five star facilities available. Good break fast with adequate spread. Food quality in the restaurants or coffee shop is not so great and over priced. Cleanliness and house keeping - very good. A minor problem is that the air-condition temparature in rooms could not be controlled to the desired temparature though the cooling is good. Lots of restaurant and shopping facilities are very close.

My stay in hotel sarina was overall just ok. I faced two problems - 1. They charge for every extra bottle of water you request for after they give two bottles of water complementary each day. In fact the property also charge for every bottle of water that one consumes in the gym. I hope the hotel management understands that everyone sweats and feels thirsty while working out in the gym. It is a most basic thing and charging the in-house guests for water in the gym doesn’t make sense at all. 2. I went to one of their bars and was casually sitting for less than 2 minutes on the bar counter, when the bar tender asks me to shift my chair from one place to another without any valid and logical reason. This was very disrespectful, so i decided to move out of that bar. Overall the stay in the room was comfortable but the other experiences were pathetic and i would not recommend any guests flying from india to use their bar or gym center.

It's not more than a 2 or 3 star property. Every employee is trained to say "no" for anything you ask them. Any food restriction - can you help "no. I mean - really - is this 5star. Chef on the live counter of breakfast is a frustrated employee who just looks as if any guest asked her to be served even if just one uttapam. If you want to regret it later on, try to stay there else better save your money and peace. It's a property managed by ridiculous management, it seems.

Theft of money from locker in room

Checked in on 21st jun e, kept my passport, and some money n purse with indian credit card, aadhar etc in locker on 22nd and 23 rd morning seemed okay but on 23 jun e evening 715 pm opened to put back ipad after days work opened locker in room and noticed passport in locker floor and lusd money was stolen and 100usd only left. Complained 23rd evening to sarina reception and their fm. No visible action till i left today. Refused to call police, said we are investigating

This hotel has deteriorated its services to a major extent! won't serve more than 2 500ml bottles/day! rooms are not makeover properly; during the breakfast, the water is to be asked to serve. Etc etc
