We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel . Very good location, ideal to go with kids. Our daughter loved the play area and swimming pool. Staff was very friendly too
A bit disappointed with the dinner at the hotel restaurant and having to leave the car keys at the reception.

Almost new hotel located close to the main shopping street. Friendly staff
The hotel has great facilities, however I was raise appointed because of the following issues:
1. The spa/pool area which is supposed to be relaxing and clean had huge puddles of water everywhere, even inside the steam bath and I found that quite dangerous (slippery), not to mention a bit gross. In the spa area you can hear loud music and all the noise that’s taking place outside. This also happens in the massage cabin which is on the hallway across from the cafeteria. Even though it has air-conditioning and heat, The room was very cold because the cold sifts underneath the glass door. VINA the massage therapist is AMAZING and prices are unbeatable !
2.The bedroom was impeccable and I received an upgrade, however, the bed only had a thin white cover and to warm up I had to use an old brown blanket and an old duvet that didn’t even have a cover. It didn't even a small coffee machine which you find in most 3 star hotels
3. The buffet breakfast was vast but had very cheap quality food.
The price is way higher according to What this hotel offers.
Great moderno hotel to Stay in Gramado
The hotel is quite New, our room was big, and had a good size bed. Staff is willing to help, and breakfast is quite good. Pool is ok but don’t expect much from the gym. Very well located

O hotel tem a melhor localização possível. Fica a poucos metros do Centrinho de Gramado. Logística facilitada a restaurantes, mercados, farmácias e lojas de chocolate.

Experiência muito agradável, com os elementos esperados: atendimento formal mas não obsequioso, equipe bem organizada e simpática, e transparência de informações.
Para uma experiência mais contemporânea, o acesso interno de Wi-Fi possui algumas limitações de velocidade, mas entende-se que isso ocorre mais devido à estrutura física do hotel que não foi feita pensando-se em transmissão futura de internet (obviamente).

Sempre vou a gramado uma vez no ano,esse ano,primeira vez q fiquei hospedado na rede laghetto,gostei muito!
Se fosse para da uma nota daria 9.5,não daria 10,pois a atendente que atendeu na chegada não explicou o horário do funcionamento da estrutura hotel(área de lazer,café da manhã e restaurante) e sauna vapor estava ruim,uma atração q gosto muito para relaxar.
*Como dica,queria falar que o café é maravilhoso,mas os doces poderiam trocar dia a dia,para não ficar repetitivo.

Hotel maravilhoooso, quartos novos e limpos. Solicitei berço para meu filho de 1 ano e assim que cheguei o berço já estava todo pronto no quarto. Atendimento mil, café da manhã ótimo também. Vale muito a pena! Super bem localizado
Hotel, muito bem localizado, limpo, organizado e confortável. A única ressalva é sobre o café da manhã, que achei muito repetitivo. Em compensação, para quem é nordestino, tem cuscuz todos os dias🙏.
Hotel novo, localização excelente, limpeza impecável e equipe gentil. O café da manhã é bom, porém muito repetitivo. A única coisa ruim é o pessoal vendendo cota de hotel, chamando e constrangendo. Mas isso é prática em toda a cidade.
Excelente localização, tivemos upgrade de quarto, atendimento muito bom! Fácil acesso às atrações do centro, café da manhã completo, quarto amplo. Internet funcionou muito bem! Ficaria novamente!
