Blue tree Towers is definitely the Best and safest hotel to stay in Porto alegre! Surrounded by many parks, walking distance mall, and great places to eat!
Will definitely come back.
Has all the amenities and comfort one needs. I’ve been to other hotels in the area and this is the best one in terms of convenience, walkability, location and activities by far. I’ve been a customer of this hotel for many years and the quality is always top notch.
Perfect place to stay.
Mall is around the corner with good places to eat.
Also the park is in front so your able to go for a walk and watch the sunset
I think this hotel is overpriced considering the room condition and the amenities offered.
Unfortunately we got in the room and we found a dirty toilet seat, which was disgusting. I just remain in the property because it was too late to find a place for sleep.

The hotel looks nice and it has a great location, but definitely not worth the price. The mattress was too soft and the balcony doors wouldn’t close. Only one person at reception regardless of the time of day, unable to handle check-ins, check-outs and other people that needed assistance. Won’t be coming back.
mandi.partnerFeb 23, 2022 The hotel really was amazing and I wanted to give it a full 5 stars; however, there were a couple of things that just made it so I couldn't do that. The biggest issue I ran into was the mattress. I have slept on pull out sofa beds that were more comfortable. The mattress was thin and old. It sagged horribly in the middle where people have slept for years. Also, there is a giant hole in the support where you almost feel like you are going to fall through. It was a Queen size bed, so I am not sure why there were 2 separate box springs. The discomfort of the bed almost made me want to change hotels during the course of my trip. I couldn't get a good night sleep and was in pain every morning. Housekeeping only showed up twice during my week stay. This caused me to have to go downstairs and ask for toilet paper twice because it wasn't refilled. When they did refill it, there was only one roll. Lastly, the breakfast is amazing except for the eggs. Every single morning they put out a pan of eggs that wasn't even cooked. Literally, egg "juice" rolling around a pan while it sits on a heater.
Other than these issues, the hotel is amazing. It's clean. The staff are the best. The breakfast, if you don't want eggs, is otherwise fantastic. I wish I could say I would stay there again, but the issues around the bed and mattress make me want to look elsewhere during my next visit to Porto Alegre.
wanderson.family_with_childrenJan 30, 2022 For Porto Alegre this is a very nice hotel, but the building is old so keep that in mind…the views are amazing and the staff is great. We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s a great location near everything and right in front of a great park.

Gostei muito do tamanho do quarto e da qualidade da internet disponibilizada. Também gostei das precauções anti-Covid19, especialmente o fato de limpeza do quarto ser por agendamento, me sinto muito mais seguro assim.

verified t.partnerSep 05, 2019 The location was convenient for us, but the noise from the street is annoying even from the 12th floor because que door of the varanda don’t close properly. The hotel is not bad but is definitely getting old.

eduardo.partnerJul 08, 2019 Our “queen” bed was actually a twin bed poorly joined together by a pillow top. I actually fell into the space between the two beds and almost injured myself. Extremely disappointed with what was supposed to be a juinior suite.
