Noisy heating fan. Every time I turned on the heat the fan was excessively loud. They would not change my room told me to turn it off. Then there was no heat??
Unable to sleep due to a guest who left a dog in a room close to mine. The dog barked for hours. This hotel used to be very nice but now it is falling apart. I was expecting much better quality in a hotel that has the word "Wyndham" in it. The lady at the front desk could not speak a single word in english. Please don't spend a night there.. You have been warned.... Any moving maker who wants to do a movie with a 1980 decor ? That's the place to go !
Le chauffage était fermé il faisait 14 degré dans la chambre. La photo de la suite sur le site montrait une chambre rénovée mais ce n'était pas la cas. Le bain a remous ne fonctionnait pas
Didn’t end up staying here because they’re a bunch of scam artists.
Booked this location because their own website says they’re pet friendly. When I recieved my form to check in it states, “we are NOT a pet friendly establishment, if you bring your pet you will be charged”.
I called the location and was met with rude staff. I asked for clarification and they just kept putting me on hold, and refused to speak English. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up, after being put on hold twice before that for 10-15 minutes at a time. Do not recommend for pet owners.

Le service hôtelier devrait s'assurer que tout les appareils fonctionnent correctement avant de dire que les chambres sont louables. Nous avons essayés deux chambres après la première ou le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas. lors de notre prise de la chambre il était 17 h 15 environ et nous avons aviser le personnel que le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas et que nous serions absent environ 3 heures et que nous comptions sur eux pour réglé le problème. lors de notre retour vers 20h 40 le problème n'était pas réglé nous avons du changer de chambre pour réglé le problème la dernière chambre le téléviseur semblait fonctionné mais lorsque nous changions de chaine il y avait un problème ma conjointe ma fait réalisé que le cable n'était pas branché dans le téléviseur

The carpet was wet and dirty. No glasses for water. Bed was just ok

Cery noisy and felt a but unsafe with the double door acess to the rooms only stayed to get some sleep never would stay there or recommend it staff barly spoke any english
Tub was not very accessible, no bath mat inside . The tub is very slippery for a disabled person 😞

I booked through Expedia and paid through it and the hotel charged me again I had to drive back and ask them why I had another charge from my credit they were denied at first till I showed them the receipt of the payment then they refunded it back to my card.
The remote didn’t work, I couldn’t adjust the heat, the curtains were damaged, and I could get a scent of cigarette smoke every so often. But it was clean and quiet.
EVALUATION STAY: POOL ON CONSTRUCTION
My family and friend rented 2 rooms that were situated in the back.
First we asked to be beside one another. We add 3 rooms apart. Second, my friends arrived earlier so that they could swim, pool was on construction. No where on the Booking site or even Emails received that there was a mention of the pool being on repair. Fourth, our view was a mountain of dirt. Fifth, not a lot of light in the back. When we arrived around midnigh, there was 3 poeple arguing in the parking and there was a person sitting outside in the dark. A bit scary... Finally, at breakfast, my son as celiac disease and I have ask the personal if they could cook 2 egg in a clean pan to make sure that he can eat safe and their was NO. His breakfast was a yogourt that I ask for because no more on the table and 2 sausages that I have brought. For my other son, there was no more sausage. Also, not a lot of variety reagrding bread wise. Over all , we were very desapointed. Photos on site looks better that the reality.

caren.partnerSep 21, 2024 This property was in a remote area, very old, breakfast was 5 bags of Texas toast on the table, nothing replenished. Very old hotel we wondered if they were shutting down that day. Expedia should no advertise this property and Wyndham should be embarrassed to associate with this hotel.
Les chambres auraient besoin d’un « extrême makeover ». On nous demande un carte de crédit à l’arrivée pour couvrir des frais si on endommage la chambre. Mais la chambre (meubles, murs, comptoirs) sont dans un état douteux.
