    Badly needed renovations bad smail starting from when u going out from lift and going to room showing 431 sq room but it’s not actual size it’s less

    Great location and very central. Well connected by metro bus and sky train. Rooms are very clean. All staff members and reception are very cooperative. The positive attitude is highly appreciated

    Century plaza location is good and suits to business traveler. Hotel is not so modern and devoid of luxury. Restaurant is also not good. Average hotel and not recommended for stay with family. The decor and furnish in the are old and outdated. The hotel need the change over to look contemporary and attractive.

    Good location. Just at the center of the city. Easy accessibility to restaurants, stores and tourist places. Good behaving and helpful staff. Value for money. Nicely managed. Initially had some issues with room heater but the staff managed nicely.
