Location was good for me with access on and off 160. The best part of the stay was the breakfast.
My room was on the 1st floor right next to the door for the pool as well as the exit door with stairs going up to the above floors.. Bad Mistake with the constant noise of doors opening and closing and folks going up the stairs… never again would I take a room on the 1st floor..

The hotel was packed due to a college swim meet, but they were able to keep up with everyone. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
Great place to stay while in Alamosa. Close to stores, friendly staff and clean safe enviroment. Would stay again without hesitation.
I did not like that I messaged the hotel to ask for a room on the first floor days before my arrival and I did not receive a reply I am still waiting for that reply. Person at the front desk was rude when I checked in I asked for a room in the first floor and he said he couldn’t accommodate since my reservation was done through Expedia. I will think twice about staying here again .

Friendly and helpful staff, easy to get to and close by restaurants and grocy store. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had good options and was well prepared. Was very happy with the black out option for curtains and the non see through daylight option. The bathroom were a good size.

woke up to a very cold shower as did everyone else in the hotel. I was told they were down to 1 boiler and couldn't keep up. should have told us before we checked in that they had issues.
Hairs in the bathroom. Dirty floors

angela.partnerOct 06, 2024 The hotel is nice, breakfast has great options. Booked 2 “Queen size beds”………the beds are “Full size beds” which is NOT COMFORTABLE for 2 adults to share. On the plus side the hotel is in walking distance to Chili’s, Wendy’s, Wal-Mart and a 6 plex Movie Theater.
Good and clean place. Good breakfast. A little bit away from town, though.
Might as well not have walls. Super loud until neatly 2am and started again before 6am. Not a place to stay if you need sleep. Chairs at breakfast are so dirty we ate standing up.
The property was a little hard to find and I booked two queen beds . Mine felt like a full? Staff were amazing!
The pull out bed is extremely not comfortable, only have springs not mattresses. The EV charger is not working. Please fix the problems.
